Park De Markol River House

Enjoy Friesland to the fullest. This River House is the perfect place to stay. This beautifully modernized holiday home features a private 10-meter jetty. Feel free to bring your own boat or rent a sloop from us. No license is required for sailing our sloops.



The garden is delightfully landscaped, featuring a covered terrace with a lounge set and a cozy dining table. A swimming ladder is also included. The property is gated, so your dog can't escape.

Upon arrival, two parking spaces are available on-site. Alternatively, one car and a trailer can be accommodated. The entrance leads into the living room, which features modern furnishings, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a dining table. The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, small oven, and an air fryer. French doors in the living room open onto your own large terrace by the water.



On the ground floor is a bedroom with a 180-wide double bed and its own smart TV. The bathroom includes a vanity unit, shower, and washing machine. A separate toilet is also available. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a 180-wide double bed and the other with two single beds. A separate guest toilet includes a makeup mirror and power outlet. All bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV, blackout curtains, and mosquito screens.



A wonderful, fully equipped holiday home for larger families. Or bring grandparents along on holiday. There's a bedroom on the ground floor, making it ideal for seniors or a family member with a disability. One to two dogs are welcome. We ask that you keep dogs out of the bedrooms. Two parking spaces are available at the holiday home. A maximum of two pets are permitted.
