"There were two bad marks on the grey sofa, these did not look as if anyone had even tried to removed them.There was also a large mark on the throw on the bed in one of the rooms.The weather was good, so we sat outside for a cuppa and the whole area needs weeding as does the patch of ground at the front door."

"We were very happy with our bedroom and ensuite. Modern and clean. Plenty of toilet paper, a hairdryer provided, in the two bathroom drawers there were shampoo, conditioner, dental floss etc which had been left behind from other guests for our use. We had the use of the large kitchen, and laundry facilities. I only did a little handwashing and appreciated the use of the clothes line. The view of the golf course from the kitchen was a novelty.We liked our host family. Wayne was very friendly...

"This condo is wonderful, it’s very well appointed, comfy furniture, love the little garden area, the entire complex is amazing. The location is awesome New Brighton is a great little beach community there is beach access right across the street lots of places to eat and shop that are a short walk away "
