"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Other than a few minor things that could be improved like having clothing hooks in the bathroom and Kleenex available, everything else was great. As former Sunset district residents back for a visit, we didn't want to stay in downtown. The Richmond was a good choice with so many restaurants and markets to choose from. It felt like our old neighborhood. The room was newly remodeled and very clean and comfortable. The best part of the stay were the staff, who...

"The commuter trains seem to run all night in front of the hotel and it bothered me."

"Clean room, great location"

"Very difficult to judge as I stayed first 2 night in a horrible, small, dark room where the bed was tiny but after complaining was moved to a very nice, large room facing the park with nice comfortable beds and nice bedding. Don’t bother about the breakfast. It is not worth eating. "

"Really nice rooms"

"Virkelig god og tryg beliggenhed, stort og rent værelse og meget imødekommende personale. Bor gerne her igen."

"Fint hotel i centrum af SF. Dejligt at parkering er med i prisen. Fint værelse. "

"Wonderful location. Nice view to Alcatraz. Bathroom with old bathtub. Investment in bathroom needed. 24/7 open fitness. Dogs are eating at chairs in restaurant. Many dogs at the hotel. No room service or open restaurant before 7 am. Hard welcome no free anything. Well functioning pricy valet parking."

"The rooms were nice and the hotel has i nice atmosphere. In one of the rooms there was an invasion by hundreds of ants that were everywhere including the bed. And the otherwise nice staff apologized but took no action."

"Yderst hyggeligt hotel i et meget sikkert område, og i tilpas afstand fra centrum. Meget venligt og imødekommende personale. De nødvendige faciliteter på hotellet, og i nærområdet. Kan helt klart anbefales i forhold til prisen."

"Great location and views"

"The stay was good overall. However, I have paid extra fee for a partial bay view, which was an absolute scam!! The extra fee did not provide anything even close reminding of a bay view. When I addressed the issue at the reception and showed them a picture of the view I’ve got, I was told that the hotel consider this to be a bay view. See the picture of the “bay view” I’ve got and paid an extra fee for."
