Come and stay at the foot of the magnificent Ferret lighthouse, in an authentic house with architecture typical of the old dwellings of the basin. Recently renovated, it combines the charm of the existing with the comfort of modern amenities and the elegance of contemporary furniture. Designed to accommodate up to 10 people, this house is ideal for holidays with family or friends.



Upon arrival, you will discover the living area comprising a large lounge with television, ideal for relaxing in front of a film or sporting event. Just next to it is the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped. You will find there: a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a food processor, a kettle and a toaster. A beautiful wooden table will allow you to share convivial meals.



The house has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: has 1 Queen size bed (160 x 200) and a private bathroom with shower and toilet

Bedroom 2: has 1 Queen size bed (160 x 200) and private access to a bathroom with bathtub

Bedroom 3: has 1 King size bed (180 x 200) and 1 single bed

Bedroom 4: has 1 Queen size bed (160 x 200) and 2 bunk beds



The house also has a bathroom with shower and toilet, accessible in common, as well as an independent toilet. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.



For greater comfort, the house is fully air-conditioned.



Outside, you will enjoy a space furnished with all the necessary furniture to relax and have your meals in the sun, around a barbecue or a plancha.



To park, you will be able to park up to 2 vehicles directly on the plot.
