The Heliopetra Villa was built to offer a unique, tranquil and extremely private experience in a magic location(South Lefkas) with breathtaking views to the Ionian Sea.
The Villa consists of two houses with independent entrances, one big infinity pool and a vast outdoor space with patio and BBQ. It can host 2-9 people.
Enjoy the fresh sea breeze blended with aromas of unspoiled nature, meditate and relax under the endless Greek sun!

The villa consists of two houses. In order to secure a private and exclusive experience, we rent both houses to the same group of visitors.

The first house of the villa-the bigger one- consists of 2 floors. The first floor has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 living room that has a sofa-bed for 1 person. There is also a fireplace. The second floor (loft style) has 1 bedroom (king size bed), 1 bathroom and one balcony with breathtaking views.

The second house, the smaller one, is located under the first house. They have independent entrances and they are connected with external stairs. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 living room that has a sofa-bed for 2 people.

Both houses have big balconies with amazing views of the Ionian sea and the neighboring islands (Ithaki, Kefalonia,Arkoudi). All bedrooms have balconies. All spaces are very commodious, airy and illuminated !

The villa also has a vast outdoor space which includes a patio, an infinity pool with hydromassage, BBQ ,an exterior dining table and a private parking space with 3 parking spots. Olive trees and various fragrant flowers decorate the outdoor spaces of the property.All spaces are private and excusively designed for a tranquil and unique meditating experience!
