Inside, Villa Fotini is set over 2 floors and is fully air-conditioned, both in the bedrooms and lounge. All the details have been carefully designed to mix style and functionality for a perfect holiday under the shining Greek sun. On the ground floor there is a large open plan lounge (sofa bed to accommodate 5th guest), a well equipped kitchen with dining area, a twin bedroom with direct access to the pool, patio and shower room. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where the master bedroom suite is located. Featuring a romantic beamed ceiling, the master bedroom has its own shower room.



Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive private manicured gardens with lawn, shrubs, scented flowers and trees providing well deserved shade during the hottest months of the summer. A real oasis just outside the prettiest and most cosmopolitan town of Lefkada! The sparkling private swimming pool, equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, measures 8m x 4m (depth 0.9m - 1.6m) and is beautifully lit at night. For delicious charcoal grilled meals, Villa Fotini is equipped with a brick-built barbecue as well as a poolside shaded dining area. Private parking is available on the premises.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the rental price quoted includes air-conditioning in the whole villa, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of linen and hand/bath towels twice a week.
