Thanks Rachel for the feedback. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash are no longer on the counter but rather in a full size bottle dispenser in the shower. This is something most hotels have moved to doing. Towels and linen are always available anytime by calling 0 on your in room phone. We typically do not put extra items in rooms prior to arrival as the room may get switched before check-in actually happens. However, these items are still available. In addition, if the hotel wasn't informed that you Departed early and you stayed checked into the room in the system the reservation would not be considered checked out early.
