The Neighborhood:
Leek is a charming market town nestled on the edge of the Peak District in Staffordshire. Known for its historic architecture and cobbled streets, Leek blends a rich industrial heritage with a friendly, community-driven atmosphere. The town offers an array of independent shops, antique stores, and cosy cafes, particularly around the bustling Market Place. Surrounded by stunning countryside, including the nearby Roaches and Rudyard Lake, it’s a haven for walkers and nature lovers. With good local schools, regular markets, and a welcoming vibe, Leek is a vibrant yet peaceful place to stay.
Getting Around:
When getting from the property to Leek, as with any city, it’s always best to go in by foot or get a taxi as finding parking can sometimes be a struggle.
Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found just round the corner from the house.
There is also a great bus and taxi service if you'd like to go further afield without driving yourself.

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.
*Quiet Hours After 10PM
This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 10 Nights
Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £110 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.
*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*Check-In/Out Policy
Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)
Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour
*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver
We require either:
A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR
A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)
*Pet Restrictions
Pets are allowed subject to a £100 fee per pet per stay.
