Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to 4 private double bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a kitchen and living space that is shared with other guests.

We ask that guests are respectful of others and keep communal areas clean.

• Frequent buses from nearby Otley Road reach central Leeds in around 20 minutes

We manage a number of rooms in this block, the unit presented represents our typical shared apartment, however this layout may differ slightly.



Check in is between 3.00pm and 10.00pm

Check out is at 10.00am

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.



Late check-in fees:

For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.

For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.



If you lose the keycard provided upon check-in there will be a £20 charge to replace it.



For security reasons:
