"morgen mad var ikke særligt sund personale var søde"

"We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. I just looked for an inexpensive overnight to just sleep before heading back home the following morning. I wasn't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. Our little room was clean and felt safe. We could open the windows! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept great. The location was...

"Arrived at property around 9:00 PM, office door open, no one at front desk. Numerous attempts to contact front desk by calling, received crazy recording that said "unable to make outgoing calls" what does that mean???? Numerous attempts to contact property, same results. Attempting to get (2) night prepayment back. Awaiting response/determination. Had to book other accommodations. Terrible experience."

"Easy to check in, super clean room, great bathroom! The hot tub was amazing, the outdoor area is beautiful and the trail is very easy to walk, good for kids. It seems you are very far away, but there are restaurants, a pharmacy and a market within 3 minutes. The receptionist was very friendly, offered us a voucher to pick up sweets at a store in the center of town since it was Halloween. The acoustics aren't the best, you could hear everyone passing by in the hallway."

"Wonderful place… clean, cosy room, comfy bed, friendly staff, great breakfast. Delightful location near Norman Rockwell museum."

"Dejligt gammelt hus, restaureret med respekt og derfor utrolig hyggelig atmosfære og værtsparret gjorde alt for at vi skulle føle os velkomne. Lækker terrasse i have med udsigt til lille sø og vandfald - værd at besøge igen."

"Clean spacious room, friendly helpful staff"

"Stayed there for a small ski trip. Apart from a slightly boring breakfast, everything about the hotel was fine - from good parking spaces to clean and tidy rooms, to very friendly and helpful staff. And a well-stocked sundries as well. Heard lots of families with small children in a good mood, and the pool seemed to be a big hit. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Ski Butternut!"
