"Very nice stay if you are just resting and needing a shower. The bath tub was filthy but also not a huge deal as it was a four person jacuzzi bath tub which was unexpected! Customer service was great they sent a taxi at the correct time with a reasonable price! Do not take the taxis from the airport call the hotel and have them send one for you, the hotel taxi won’t rip you off like the taxis at the airport. "

"You wont find better service - they do everything to make you feel home and we had 4 rooms for 3 days - just in the middle of the main city area. Rooms are very creative and you have everything you need.

90% of the staff amazing and courteous. A couple of them though could do with retraining to bring them up to the level of their amazing colleagues.

"We stayed for one night, and everything was fine. Clean and nice room, good service, and comfortable bed. We booked with a jacuzzi, and and it was great. Only problems was two of the jacuzzi jets fell out while using and one night lamp wasn’t working."

Hotel is super, situated in an old area of Belgrade, not far away from the main pedestrian street of Knez Mihailova. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable too. Breakfast was fine and sufficient as well.

Parking is easily available in the basement, shopping and food court is available in the building, and in-house dining has a great float based on a fast-food concept.
Bathroom/shower is great, and bed is just fantastic.. I have stayed at the hotel 10+ times, just keep coming back"

Har man intolerans overfor den slags skal man holde sig langt væk fra Envoy. Oplevelsen ville være helt i top hvis liften var frisk og IKKE parfumeret. Så længe det ikke er tilfældet kommer jeg desværre ikke tilbage."
