Wake of the lake - bright waterfront apartment

Completely renewed in spring 2025, this apartment in Lecco offers a unique panoramic position at the point where the Adda River meets Lake Como. From the windows and the small balcony, you can enjoy stunning views of the water framed by the surrounding mountains. The location is strategic: right on the lake promenade, within walking distance of the town center, and perfectly placed for exploring both the lake and the mountains.
The living room is bright and welcoming, with three large full-height windows that open directly onto the view, giving the impression of being right on the water. Furnished in blue tones, it features a comfortable sitting area with a sofa bed and 43'' smart TV, a spacious extendable dining table, and a modern open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and kettle, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home.
The apartment includes two comfortable master bedrooms, one with a wardrobe and the other with a walk-in wardrobe. Together with the sofa bed, it can host up to five guests. Each room is air-conditioned, and there is fast Wi-Fi throughout. The bathroom is modern and practical, with a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, and a sink with a large mirror. A washing machine is also available.
From the living room, you can step out onto the small balcony to enjoy the panoramic view over the river, lake, and surrounding mountains—an ideal spot for a morning coffee or an evening aperitivo.
Right in front of the entrance there is a convenient open paid parking area. Alternatively, free spots can usually be found within a 5–10 minute walk. The apartment is on the second floor; the building has an elevator, but it is currently not in use, so access is via stairs.
There is also a bar just downstairs, where you can stop for a quick coffee or an aperitif. It adds to the lively atmosphere of the location.
Lecco is a lively town on the southeastern branch of Lake Como, known for its beautiful setting between the lake and the surrounding mountains. It offers plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops, as well as supermarkets and all the services needed for a comfortable stay. The town is also closely linked to the works of the Italian writer Alessandro Manzoni, whose novel The Betrothed is set here. Thanks to its position on the Milano–Colico–Valtellina railway line and boat connections across the lake, Lecco is an excellent base for visiting nearby villages, hiking in the mountains, enjoying local food, or taking day trips to other towns on the lake, or to Milan or Bergamo. In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
