Large attic loft on the top floor of a building without elevator, located in the characteristic district of Pescarenico, a few steps from the lake and the panoramic walk that leads to the center of Lecco. The spacious rooms, the ceilings with exposed wooden beams and the two terraces with views of the mountains and views of the lake make this apartment welcoming and full of charm, ideal for those who want to experience the city in a quiet location but convenient to all services.
The entrance opens onto a large living area with dining area and sitting area, furnished with a sofa bed and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day spent between the lake and the mountains. The kitchen is separate and habitable, complete with a dining table, induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and everything you need to cook independently.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, while the second has two single beds and a practical desk, also ideal for those who need a space dedicated to study or work.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The apartment has two terraces, accessible from both the living and sleeping areas, where you can enjoy mountain views and a pleasant view of Lake Como.
The accommodation can comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends and is an excellent starting point for discovering Lecco and the surrounding area.
The house is located in the charming district of Pescarenico, famous for being the ancient fishing village and for its connection with The Betrothed by Alessandro Manzoni . A few minutes' walk away you can reach the lakefront and the panoramic promenade that leads to the historic center of Lecco. In the immediate vicinity there are bars, restaurants and essential services, while the center offers numerous shops, clubs and attractions.
The train station, bus terminal and boat dock are easily accessible on foot or by public transport. Thanks to its excellent connections, Lecco is an ideal base for visiting Lake Como, Milan, Bergamo, Valtellina and the mountains of the area, even without using a car.
To know before booking: the apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator, so it is necessary to climb the stairs. Private parking is not available, but there are generally plenty of free public parking spaces in the surrounding streets. Being located in a residential context, we ask guests to respect the condominium regulations and the hours of silence, to guarantee a pleasant stay for everyone.

City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement. Extra: Some extra services may incur an additional charge. In this case, you will need to request the service via text message before your arrival; if available, it will be added to your bill, and a payment link will be sent to you.
