"Lecco Lakefront Retreat" is a retreat nestled in the heart of Lecco, overlooking Lake Como. This apartment, located on the third floor, offers modern comfort, a private terrace with panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains, and easy access to local attractions. Comprising one bedroom and one bathroom, along with a well-equipped kitchen.
Among the amenities offered to our guests are a TV, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with all comforts, as well as Wi-Fi connection to stay connected at all times.
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace overlooking the lake. Additionally, the building is equipped with an elevator to ensure easy access to the third floor.
Stepping out of the apartment, you find yourself immediately on the lakeside promenade, making the exploration of the surrounding area even more enjoyable.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo.it, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the  NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights
. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying requires the payment of a Tourist Tax. Our policy is to collect the tax via credit card during the online check-in process.

  . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
