Strategically located, the flat overlooks the city's main square, piazza Santo Oronzo and the amphitheatre, and exactly opposite the famous statue of Santo Oronzo from which the flat takes its name. It is accessed via a staircase of sixty steps.
The flat has typical star vaulted ceilings (5.30m).
The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes and electrical appliances: kettle, refrigerator, moka and espresso machine with pods, oven, toaster and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and in the first room there is a loft with two single beds.
