This is a 1 star hostel . The biggest problem is that the pictures don’t represent the property AT ALL. They are deceiving and untrue. There are no breakfast baskets orange juice, bright renovated bedrooms . This is a 2 star property with clean but very simple facilities, bedding , walls were old and stained , place was dark . It’s no a hotel and it seems , it’s a few scared rooms in a building , there was no sign to no what floor we were supposed to go to no one at the reception , we had to sen a message and wait for 15 minutes. it’s not a hotel as it seems on the pictures . Nothing to do with the Fourseason hotel Chain, Far from it . It you are looking for a super budget hotel centrally located this is fine. More for backpackers looking for a place to sleep . Felt safe . Just completely different than what the pictures are .
There is no breakfast !!!!! They give you a voucher for a coffee and croissant at MC DONALD’s .
Please remove the pictures where you show nice breakfast being provided as they are lies and you are deciding the customers . Change the description for the breakfast to what is actually is and voucher to Mac Donalds. In Italy the country of good coffee to give a coupon for McDonald’s Donald’s is an insult .
I would never stay here again unless I was 20 years old traveling on a budget . $60/night was extremely over priced for what it is .
