Cozy apartment equipped with every comfort to accommodate up to 3 people and located in an enviable position, outside the ZTL but a few steps from the historic center: 400 meters away is Porta S.Biagio, the ideal starting point for visiting the city and its renowned baroque buildings. The flat is located in a zone equipped with all the services for a pleasant stay: bars, supermarkets and restaurants are a short distance from the apartment. The train station is only a 10 minute walk away!



The 45 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor (beware of the two steps to access) and is composed as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, traditional oven and microwave

- Living area equipped with a French size sofa bed, split AC and TV

- Bedroom with queen bed and wardrobe

- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, fan, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The keys to the entrance door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

- From Lecce Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in just 10 minutes on foot.



- If you travel by car, the apartment is located outside the ZTL (traffic-restricted area); street parking is free nearby (NOT guaranteed).
