in the characteristic district of the Whirl. The apartment is located
on the ground floor, overlooks a small square is rather quiet. Renovated
and with small private courtyard, equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, mosquito nets, Apartment of the Florentine can accommodate up to 4 people.

The
vacation house Apartment of the Florentines in Lecce is introduced by
an elegant hallway that immediately reveals the historicity of the
structure with vaults, arches and masonry of local stone, completely
renovated and very cozy. From the entrance, on the right, there is a
sitting room where a cupboard conceals a convenient sofa bed. From this room you pass to the bedroom, which completes the sleeping area with a total of 4 sleeps.
From the bedroom you go to the living area, formed by a kitchen,
a kitchenette and a small bathroom without shower. From the bedroom you
can open a small relaxation room, glass-enclosed, from which you enter
the bathroom, main shower and the private courtyard of the Apartment by
the Florentines in the heart of Lecce old. The house is full of washing machine, air conditioning and mosquito nets.
Where is located the Apartment of the Florentine Lecce
the Apartment of the Florentine is located in the district of the Turns, in the historic centre of Lecce.
The holiday home is situated just a 5-minute walk from the historic
Porta Rudiae, and a few hundred metres from the spectacular Piazza Duomo
and Piazza Sant'oronzo. All the main sites of interest in the historic
centre of Lecce, famous for its Baroque style, are easily reachable on
foot. The nearest beaches are those of San Cataldo, Torre Chianca and Spiaggiabella, at a distance of about 13-15 km away. 

- Self check-in. To obtain the access code, follow the instructions that will be provided via email/wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner in the kitchen.
- One bathroom is a service one (without shower).
- The property is in the old town centre of Lecce, where there is a limited traffic area.
- You can access the area to unload in the time slot 10 am - 1pm and 4pm-6pm.
