The home is on a 3rd generation family farm & has 4 huge bedrooms for your upmost privacy. It is definitely in the country yet only minutes from town. Surrounded by pastures, your only neighbors are the grazing cows. It has 2 wonderful porches, fire pit area, renovated garage to hang out in, 320 acres to roam on & 2 fishing ponds. All for your enjoyment. Smoking is allowed outside/2 pet max
The space
I am an impeccable housekeeper so you can feel confident you will be staying in a very clean space! I provide everything you need for your coffee. There is a shower & toilet that is handicap accessible.
Guest access
You get the entire house!!! There is ample parking for 4 cars or more.
Other things to note
I think I have provided everything you need to enjoy your stay. Gas grill, fire pit ( all you need for a campfire,) corn hole boards, croquet, board games & more. I also keep the frig stocked with condiments & a cabinet of spices. In the kitchen you will find a blender, toaster, crock pots, mixing bowls, full set of cookware, everything you need. If you want to fish just let me know. 5 lb. plus bass have been caught! (You will need to bring your own fishing gear.)
