Welcome to The Tyrolean on Ski Hill Drive — a private four-bedroom, single-story retreat with Tyrolean charm & Pacific Northwest warmth, designed for easy family and group getaways.

Formerly known as "Ski Hill Getaway", The Tyrolean has been a guest favorite in Leavenworth for many years. Now under new ownership, many areas of the home have been thoughtfully refreshed and remodeled, while keeping the cozy charm guests have always loved.

The Property

Inside, you will find cozy gathering nooks, a fully equipped kitchen, fiber-optic internet/Wi-Fi, a private office, and a climate-controlled game room with air hockey, board games, a 75" TV and an Xbox with Game Pass subscription. In addition, choose from a variety of family-friendly sleeping spaces, including a bunk room where kids will feel right at home.

In winter, come home to a warm soak in the year-round hot tub, a little friendly competition in the game room, or a cozy evening together indoors.

In the summer, enjoy your own expansive and private backyard: a large grassy area, heated pool (open May-Sept/Oct), covered patio dining, and a shady gazebo made for long, fun-filled summer evenings. Soak in the gorgeous views all around.

When you’re ready to explore, you’re perfectly positioned: Ski Hill is a 5-minute walk for skiing and tubing in the winter, and hiking and mountain biking in the summer. Downtown Leavenworth is just a scenic 30 min walk (1.3 miles) for festivals, food, shopping, and all the Bavarian magic.

Whether you’re chasing winter magic or summer pool days, The Tyrolean is the kind of place you’ll want to stay just one more night.

Getting around

There is ample parking available in the front roundabout driveway and at the rear garage entrance. We also have a Level 2 J1772 EV charger available for guests, so you can easily charge your electric vehicle during your stay. The walk to town is about 25 minutes, and Ubers are available in Leavenworth as well. Easy access year-round, with the driveway professionally plowed in the winter.
