Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from this home which is just a short one-and-a-half-mile drive to the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth. Enjoy your own private seasonal pool, hot tub, WIFI, and cozy wood fireplace along with the perfect ambiance for your next low key family getaway.

This two-story 4-bedroom home is close to it all no matter what the season. Summer brings river floats and rafting, wine/spirit tasting, hiking and horseback riding while winter offers downhill skiing at Stevens Pass or Mission Ridge about an hour away, or visit the historic Ski Hill for some winter tubing. Want to see some real-life reindeer? Take the littles to the famous Leavenworth Reindeer Farm just a few minutes away to feed Sven and Kristoff and get a photo with Santa at Christmas time.

Bright, spacious, and inviting, this family-friendly home welcomes you with open spaces, updated amenities, and deluxe accommodations. This family home offers two distinct living rooms: the central area has a vaulted ceiling, large windows, and comfortable, modern furnishings while the other is a cozy, kitchen-adjacent family room with a plush leather sofa, matching loveseat, recliner, and warming wood-burning fireplace (firewood is not provided). There is a formal dining area with comfortable seating for 6 and a kitchen eating area.

Full size kitchen offers all the essentials for preparing that favorite home cooked meal and includes a dishwasher. A casual kitchen table with six chairs is off the kitchen and there is a gas grill right out the back slider door. This backyard borders full-time residents, and their peace is important to us. No outdoor music or excessive noise is appropriate here.

Upstairs, the master suite has a king-size bed and an attached bath with shower. Additional bedrooms feature a queen, a full, and a twin over full bunkbed. With 4 bedrooms and two and-a-half baths. In the laundry room you will find a full-size W/D. The home sleeps 8 people (including children). WIFI is provided to let you get online with ease, and there are also two flat screen cable TVs.

The backyard hot tub provides rest and relaxation during the cooler months and during the warmer months, enjoy the seasonal swimming pool out back. No matter the time of the year, Leavenworth offers plenty of fun for visitors of all ages.

While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.

Girls Getaway

The house, yard and location were perfect for gathering and enjoying Leavenworth. Plenty of parking in the driveway and close to town for an easy Uber. (*Its cheaper to Uber than pay for parking.) You could walk to town, but the road was busy and not enough shoulder to be safe IMO. The yard offered a great pool(the slide was closed for maintenance,but we didn't care) a nice hot tub and large lawn for games. Plenty of seating was available around the deck, pool and patio. Inside the house offered multiple gathering areas and plenty of sleeping options. A nice kitchen with everything you need, 4 Bedrooms plus a Den, 3 bathrooms and laundry room. Overall the experience was good. The furnishings are definitely getting tired and some pieces should be replaced. The couch in the family room has multiple rips in cushions. The futon in the Den would not lay flat or go back into couch position and the deck out back could use some attention. But none of that stopped us from enjoying our time at The All Season Getaway in Leavenworth.

Great weekend!

The property was amazing. So clean, fully stocked kitchen, very nice outdoor set up. Called the property manager a few times with questions and they answered right away. No complaints at all. Had a great weekend!

Overall this is a solid house. A few things could use some TLC. The bathrooms are all due for updates/painting but still totally functional. We couldn’t get any of the windows that slide up/down to stay open in the bedrooms. The AC didn’t work upstairs so we def needed fans which were provided The highlight is the yard. The pool, hot tub and hang out area are all perfect! Kitchen was well stocked and main living room made for a fun hang out space. Location is 7 min to town. The road isn’t super walkable but there is river access not far, maybe a 5 min walk. All in all, it’s a little pricey for the lack of updated features but the pool makes up for it.

Fun weekend with family & friends!

We had a lovely weekend here. The house was well set up for our group, with everyone having space to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic cooking supplies (spices, oils, etc) as well as pans and utensils. The pool was a favorite part of the weekend with many hours of water play, while the parents hung out in the rocking chairs. Definitely a favorite place that we will return to again in the future!

Great time with family

This house had everything that we needed: plenty of space, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and so on. Loved the hot tub and appreciated there were ‘beach’ towels for our use. Great location - close to town and grocery.

Great place, great location!

House was fantastic for two families. Small office downstairs fit our pack n play. Appreciated that much of the decor was plastic vs glass/ceramic so my little one couldn’t break things. Christmas tree is nice but within reach of the little toddlers so have to watch them carefully. Remember to bring wood for the fire pit. Winter time the pool is closed. We were able to see where the pool was and keep the kids away when playing in the snow in the backyard. Someone came and plowed us out after a bunch of snow which was great! Tried contacting the property manager via text about checking in 30min early but no response. There was an overwhelming amount of emails from the property management company. It was difficult to sort through actual info vs junk mail. For these reasons, I decreased stars. Spam after the stay so I can keep track please. The guest portal is nice but I prefer using VRBO app to find my info.

Fantastic pool, comfortable bedrooms

Visited in July with a group of 8. The slide into the pool was the source of endless enjoyment for the kids (ages 10-14). We had a great time and would stay here again for sure.

Loved the pool!

We really enjoyed our time here. House was spacious, kitchen was well stocked, couches and beds were comfortable. Great location. Back area was quiet and peaceful. House could use some updates but we really didn’t mind! We didn’t care for the cooking pans but they got the job done. Overall, we would love to come back one day!

Great Family Birthday Trip!

My family of 5 stayed here for my son and husbands June birthdays. This house is amazing!! Such a great location, 3 min drive to both town and Safeway for anything you may need. The house is really nice and so well stocked. As a professional baker and person who loves to cook, the kitchen had everything you could need to create a great holiday meal. I really appreciate all the spices and little extras like cleaning supplies and pool toys. The beds are super comfortable, and the house is designed really well. Kids could watch TV upstairs while adults watch a movie downstairs. There was only 5 of us, but It would be great even for a bigger family, as we didn't even use 3 of the rooms. The pool in the back is wonderful. It was 85-90 degrees when we stayed, so the pool was the best part. We loved that the deep end was actually deep. Most pools are only about 6 feet or so, this ones deep end was at least 10ft. Our family loves to swim, so this was one of the best pools we have been to. I also love that they have a top lock and alarm on the door leading out to the pool area. As a mother with two small children, this was a nice touch. My family and I all agreed that this was one of our best trips and are thinking of making this home a new birthday trip tradition. Thank you for sharing such a gem with the rest of us to enjoy.

Forever Friends get together

This was a get together for 6 girlfriends who graduated highschool together in 1976 and have remained friends for all these years. Your home was super comfortable, with very nice furnishings and kitchen ware. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Our only concerns surround the hot tub, which was hot and stayed at 107degrees. We only used it one night as it was just too hot. Also, a couple of the seat jets seemed to not be working on the low setting. The second item is to trim up the prickly bush which is next to the lounge chairs. Otherwise, we loved our stay!!

Great Location

Had a great time. Pool was closed since it was winter so understandable, but the hot tub was great. Lots of space for all our activities, and everything we wanted to do in Leavenworth was incredibly close!
