Enter through the entrance door and discover a bright, spacious living area with access to the terrace, offering a magnificent sea view. The independent, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) allows you to cook as if you were at home. For breakfast, a kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker are at your disposal. Share your meals around the large indoor dining table or enjoy the one on the terrace on sunny days. In the evening, gather in the living room, comfortably seated on the sofas facing the television, always with this superb view of the boats. A soundbar, a Samsung speaker, and board games are also available.



The house can accommodate up to 14 people (10 adults and 4 children) and has 7 bedrooms:

On the ground floor, you will find 3 bedrooms with Queen Size beds and storage space, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, 4 additional bedrooms: two with Queen Size beds (160x200 cm) and two with 2 single beds (90x190cm), ideal for children. A second living room with sofa, mini-fridge, washbasin and a 35 m² terrace with sea view completes the floor. A wi-fi repeater is installed upstairs.



Two other communal bathrooms are at your disposal, one on the ground floor with a shower and a toilet, the other upstairs. Two other separate toilets are located on each level.



To make your stay even more enjoyable, the house has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hairdryer, a television, a gas barbecue, garden furniture (table and chairs for 14 people) and three private parking spaces on the property.
