A kitchenette with hob, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and washing machine, a bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.

The "Plus" of this rental by the sea: a pretty terrace with garden and port view, a swimming pool and collective parking.
Cleaning included.

Swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September depending on health and weather conditions.
NB: COVID 19 info, access to the residence's swimming pool will only be authorized following the evolution of health conditions and administrative decisions.
No reduction on the rental amount can be required.
