We love 'Villa Lion for its location's lovely tranquility yet still easy connected to everything we would want to do at the Côtes D'Azur. There is an easy drive to everything: golf, padel, sea, museums, small villages, amazing restaurants, Nice, Monaco, and not least airport which can be reached in 20-25 minutes.

Each uniquely decorated bedroom is furnished with super comfortable beds. The living areas are adorned with original artworks, creating a sophisticated yet cozy atmosphere.

Accessibility & Convenience:
The property is fully gated with an electric entrance, ensuring safety and privacy. You will be able to fit 2 cars minimum in the driveway but additional parking is available outside the entrance gate.
An elevator connects the garage to both the ground and top floors, making it convenient for transporting heavy shopping or luggage.

A small walk further you will have the town of Le Cannet with the famous Bonnard Museum, more restaurants, specialty foodshops and all other conveniences.
