It consists of a bedroom with a 160cm double bed, a living/dining room that opens onto its fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed will allow you to be up to 4 travelers during your stay.

The kitchen is suitably equipped to meet your expectations during your stay: oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine...
At the entrance you have a guest toilet and a closet.

The bathroom adjoining the bedroom has a shower and a toilet + washing machine.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with elevator.

Household linen and bath towels are included in your reservation. Toiletries are also provided for each traveler (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. However, the dishes must be cleaned and the trash thrown away.

The accommodation is located in Le Cannet.
The apartment is fully equipped. Sheets and towels are provided and you will have access to the entire accommodation.

All the spaces in this apartment are for travelers, we will ask the tenants to take care of the premises upon each arrival.
Love has been put in so that you have the best vacation possible, so please respect it.

## Neighborhood

Le Cannet is a large town in the Alpes-Maritimes in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. It is located just two kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea, bordering Cannes and Vallauris. Nicknamed the Madeira of France, it reveals a beautiful panorama of the Lérins Islands offshore.

Occupied since Roman times, the town of Le Cannet developed from the 15th century with the settlement of families from Italy at the request of the monks of Lérins. It gained its independence from Cannes and Mougins in 1774, by decree of Louis XVI, which allowed its economic development from the following century. However, it was not until the beginning of the 20th century that Le Cannet revealed its current appearance.

Very touristy due to its geographical location and its weather, the town of Le Cannet is also appreciated for its rich architectural and historical heritage which earns it a large tourist influx in the summer season.

The Bonnard Museum: Opened on June 26, 2011, the Bonnard Museum is the first in the world dedicated to the work of the painter, a leading figure in 19th and 20th century art.
Open from Tuesday to Sunday
High season: from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Thursday until 9 p.m.).
Low season: from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Closed on Mondays, January 1, May 1, November 1 and December 25.
Fully air-conditioned and accessible to the disabled.

## Transit

To get to the apartment:
- You can take the train and stop at the Cannes SNCF train station which is a 30-minute walk away.
- You can take the car and take the Cannes/Mougins/Grasse exit 42 on the A8 motorway which is 10 minutes from the accommodation.
- If you are coming from the airport, the apartment is a 20-30 minute drive away.

We will ask you to respect the neighborhood. The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. Travelers must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene during their stay. All or part of the deposit may be retained in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.

Smoking is not allowed inside.

Please do not forget that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two ways:
- Either independently and free of charge with an illustrated guide.
- Either in a personalized manner with one of our agents, billed according to the hour and to be paid upon arrival.
