The apartment is functional and features an open-plan kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with a toilet. Ceiling fans are provided in both the bedroom and living room.

The main room opens onto a lovely terrace overlooking the port.

You will have a private parking space in the lot located behind the building.

As part of your rental, you will have access to:

- a water park with two pools and a water play area for children and adults.
The pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests upon presentation of a wristband, which will be given to you upon arrival. Please note: swim shorts are not permitted.

- An outdoor fitness area for general fitness or more strenuous exercise.
