I always stay at this property when I’m traveling for work. The rooms are always clean, staff is always nice, parking is very easy, price is great. Rooms are updated and nice. The staff at the front desk are amazing and very nice especially the girl that always works the front desk she is great !

Choose a different hotel.
The housekeeper never came to my room during a 4 night stay. The room was very small. One of the outlets to plug in my phone to charge didn't work. I would not recommend staying here.

Whenever we are in town we stay at HTS. The staff is super friendly and definitely work very hard to keep the place up. I only wish the mattresses were a little better quality (they are mostly new Serta brand innerspring mattresses). It's hit or miss. This stay the mattress was too springy not very comfortable, but I've had other stays in other rooms where it's been fine. I wish the exit into rt1 business wasn't so dangerous and one suggestion would be to make sure the soap dispensers had product and all rooms have blow dryers, my rooms was missing one. Also, if you want a coffee maker book a King Suite they are the only ones that have them unfortunately. I wish all studios would, however the lobby has freshly ground coffee typically from about 8am to 10pm ish depending on who's at the front desk.Overall, not a big deal, I've stayed at 4Star hotels in the area that have had worse issues. I hope the owner reads these and can take recommendations.We would recommend staying here and will be returning. Keep in mind it's the most reasonable cleanest place for the money.

Had so many bugs in my room I ended up getting a room at a hotel down the street. The lady at the front desk said she couldn’t do anything & to come back the next morning when the manager was in. I went back he was very rude & nasty & did nothing about the situation. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

The hotel was conveniently located and easy to find. It was clean and comfortable. My only negative comments: The bathroom light and fan run at the same time. A dim nightlignt would have been nice in the bathroom.

Got $100 this is the worst place I have ever been to. The hotel looks like a homeless shelter. The lady at the counter had no manner. The room it self had refrigerator that was making loud noise all night, like a motor running in the room. If you can, find some other place to stay.
