The villa, which is split over 2 floors, sleeps up to 5 people in comfort and has been thoughtfully decorated throughout, with everything guests might need for a relaxed and happy holiday. The contemporary living area has a sofa and table, plus an open-plan kitchen. Double glass doors lead out onto a balcony, overlooking the swimming pool. The kitchen itself is well-equipped with a cooker hob, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and an american style coffee machine.

The communal garden has a shared swimming pool which is fenced, so safe for children and pets.

Bedroom 1: An airy bedroom, furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe with views out over the green hillside.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom has 2 single beds (one is a pull-out bed) and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living area converts into a comfortable single bed.

Bathroom 1: On the ground floor, this bathroom, is equipped with a bath, shower, bidet, basin and WC.
Bathroom 2: This upstairs bathroom has a full bath, shower, basin, bidet and WC.

In a beautiful, verdant landscape, on the edge of Ceresolo, the villa’s location combines stunning countryside and the convenience of the nearby towns.

Ceresolo’s beach (2 minutes drive) is one of the most beautiful on Lake Maggiore. The surrounding towns are packed with excellent restaurants, interesting museums and beautiful hiking trails.

Milan’s international Malpensa airport is a 50-minute drive.
