The Space:

Welcome to Bahia Mar, a serene three-bedroom bayfront escape in Laurel. This home offers a rare combination of privacy, water views from almost every room, and a seamless connection to the outdoors.



Main Floor

• Bright living area with floor-to-ceiling bay views

• Large dining area opening to the lawn and water

• Open kitchen with an oversized island, butcher block top, brass fixtures, and bay views — perfect for cooking and entertaining

• Primary king bedroom with bay views + en-suite full bathroom

• First-floor powder room



Second Floor

• Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom with garden views

• Bedroom 3: Large room with two queen beds, vaulted ceiling, exposed beams

• Two upstairs full bathrooms

• (Note: the hallway/loft bed has been removed and is not a sleeping area.)



Outdoor Living

• Private 50’ bayfront beach

• Hot tub overlooking the Peconic Bay

• Expansive lawn

• Multiple lounging and dining spaces

• Seasonal cabana + beachside shower (closed Columbus Day–Memorial Day)

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities

From Columbus Day to Memorial Day, most outdoor items are stored, including the cabana, umbrellas, and beach seating.

Year-round, guests will find:

• Fire pit chairs

• Two chairs near the back door

• Two chairs on the front porch

IMPORTANT NOTES :

• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests, including children — strictly enforced.

• No pets. This home is pet-free.

• No parties, events, or gatherings. Only registered guests are allowed on property.

• Exterior cameras may be present for safety and occupancy compliance.

• Hot tub care: A drain-and-refill fee applies if the hot tub becomes unusable due to contamination

• The loft/hallway bed has been removed; this area is not a sleeping space.

• Sunday–Sunday stays preferred in July and August.

• For stays over 21 days, guests pay utility overages.

• For stays 29+ nights, a refundable security deposit is collected before arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home, private beach, hot tub, lawn, outdoor dining spaces, and parking area.

The basement remains secured and is used for owner storage and maintenance. The detached Carriage house is closed to guests.

Bahia Mar is located in peaceful Laurel, in the heart of the North Fork. Enjoy vineyards, scenic farm stands, quiet beaches, and charming local restaurants.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring North Fork vineyards, farms, and beaches.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy:

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.

- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

- Please note: Marriott Vacation guests follow their own cancellation policy.



Guest Insurance:

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry free stay!
