"Originally I was booked for 6 nights of stay, unfortunately we had to change the flight due to the typhoon problems that the hotel extended two more nights for the same room for us without any question. The shops and public transportation around the hotel are very convenient. Such as MTR station, coach to Macau or China as well as shopping malls. The staff services are excellent and polite. I definitely will book them again on my next visit. "

Location looks very near to Disneyland but in fact there is no direct road between the two, so it takes approximately 20-30 minutes. The hotel has a free shuttle to Disneyland at 9am and 10am. "This is by far the smallest room I ever stayed in. For one person a nights or two it's okay but, more than one that's not recommended. The part I like about this Hotel/area is that it's as far as you can get form the the tourist placed as possible. Try to have lunch with the locals, order from a menu card you can't read;0) You will surprise when it comes to quality and atmosphere. Never the less I had a great stay"
"Super corteus hotel staff. Nice and easy check-out. We didn’t have go the counter, just take our stuff and leave - hassle free. We even got to keep our Disney room key cards. We were quite disappointed that the pool was empty, no water. No one had told us that beforehand. The kids had looked forward to that."

"Stayed for 5 nights. Frontdesk service poor, she spend an hour checking us in. We had booked 2 rooms, and she did not know what she was doing. We had asked for rooms next to each other, and where told, that they could do that, but when we got our rooms, the where not next to each other. We where there during the typhoon on july 20 th of this year. There was no comunication to us, of what to do, or where we might go to get water or something to eat. Everything else was closed due to safety reasons, we get that, but as hotel with a lot of guests, you might let them know you are there to help, or/and answer their questions. There was no service provided of any kind during the typhoon. We where left to ourselves."
