"Skiftede værelse tre gange og fik aldrig en undskyldning for det... 1. Rum kravlede myrer overalt på gulvet og næste var der så meget larm konstant pga aircon fra køkken.
Glem alt om all incl med drikkevarer... middelmådig drinks og cola smager af klorvand tilsat sukker og farvestof... skal slæbe beskidte strandhåndklæder op på værelset og man kan kun skifte det en gang pr dag.

Alex and Max and their team have all been lovely and very friendly giving us plenty of local tips and support !!

Umiddelbart et pænt, men desværre noget slidt og enkelte steder beskidt hotel. Pools er store, men der er kamp om solstole (og ikke nok til alle, hvis du kommer sent) og poolkanterne trænger til en grundig rengøring. Hersonissis for me isn’t somewhere I would visit again, I don’t like the vibe in the strip. However, Koutouloufari is a ten minute walk from this hotel and is wonderful.
The staff at the hotel are really very nice, Erika in particular is a great host and an asset to this hotel."

"This was a 1 night stay prior to a longer booking, in a basic room. I was also here last year. Don’t be scared of a solo trip, the people are fantastic and you will be made to feel very welcome and not alone.

"I have just stayed at the senseana resort for 5 days.
Upon arrival the hotel staff couldn’t be more accommodating, they are all very friendly and could help you enough, they are what make you feel like you are at home!
The one only thing I think that let’s this hotel down is the food served, it was quite a limited choice for main meals and snacks, although the food served was very nice. Apart from this 5* all day long.

"Very nice resort, friendly staff all over the place. The half-board / all inclusive dinner gets a bit tiresome in the end, although they try to change the menu, it is still more or less the same offers.

"We stayed in a premium suite with ocean view balcony. The pools and buildings are very nice, and the staff are plentiful and helpful. But the resort is isolated, and the resort seems to discourage guests from leaving. The "concierge" seemed completely unprepared to help. She could not recommend any restaurants in town, or recommend any tours. She could not help with public transportation or private car service. Our best help came from taxi drivers.
They promoted a "movie night", but would not tell us what the movie would be until that day! Most of the guests appear to be older couples and their adult children, who just plan to lay on the beach and eat.
The "gym" facility was a joke. A small room totally out of scale to the resort.
The slate floor in our room was filthy. Every time we walked on it in bare feet, our feet became black.
The private beach area attracts plastic waste. The sand was covered in plastic trash and plastic was floating in the water. This is a general problem in the Meditteranean today.
Meals were very expensive. The lunch buffet was 41 euro per person. In addition, I arrived to lunch wearing a t-shirt and swimsuit, and was asked to go back to my room and change into shorts. They had no problem with the young woman wearing a thong and mesh cover up.
I expect more for what we paid, at what was presented as a luxury resort."

"Our family had the worst experience at this resort. Three out of four of us suffered from severe food poisoning, with all three of us vomiting within a span of 30 minutes. Yet, the hotel completely denied any responsibility. Despite the fact that we only ate and stayed at their resort, they refused to acknowledge it was food poisoning, even going so far as to blame our illness on spending too much time in the sun. Their response was both shocking and dismissive.
To make matters worse, they threatened us with legal action if we shared our experience in a review. We checked out two days earlier than planned after they promised a refund for the unused nights, but unsurprisingly, we never received the refund.
This resort is not only negligent but also engages in dishonest practices. Avoid this place at all costs!"
