"Good location with quiet, clean and comfortable room. I especially enjoyed the fantastic check-in by Grace who was more than helpful. Only drawback is the limited parking adjacent to the hotel, but they have overflow a few minutes walk away."

"The hotel was amazing it was right in the middle of town. Very close to the Abbey, the tower, and the castle! It was my husband‘s birthday so they left us a card and chocolate bar as a gift. I think they may have even upgraded our room!"

Drawbacks: 3 flights up for some rooms if you’re in need of accessibility, and the bar didn’t have a corkscrew for a wine bottle we wanted to enjoy before dinner. We were in a room next to the pub so we didn’t have any noise except from guests using the hot tub and they quieted about 930.
Only issue we had was it was warm so we wanted the windows open but the staff used the space by our window as a smoking area. We were able to open after they left for the night.
