"The issue with check in was that the printer was down? We, along with another guest had to wait around 20+ minutes not knowing what was happening.
The receptionist offered what seemed to be a complimentary drink. We had a beer but then another staff member asked for payment. We paid to avoid an issue.
Everything else was really good and dog friendly also, would stay again when visiting family in Bristol. "
