You’ll also have high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and hotel-quality towels and linens to make your stay effortless and comfortable.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire condo. Check-in is fully self-service through a smart-lock system; a unique 4-digit code will be sent to you on the day of check-in after payment confirmation.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a safe, quiet gated community just minutes from the Strip, the Palms Resort, and the Rio Hotel & Casino. Grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby, making this the perfect base for both leisure and business travelers.
