Great for a group wanting some quiet time while in Vegas

Stayed at the property with 9 other people; the house easily could have accommodated double. Very spacious, well stocked on supplies, consistent and helpful communication with owner and housekeeping staff. They are very friendly and ready to assist if/when needed. The house is a solid 15 minutes from the strip--but don't let that deter you. Morning coffee at a quiet, private pool is a great way to start the day. We made multiple trips daily back and forth without issue. And coming home at night to some quiet and privacy is also a nice touch. Stay hydrated, my friends. And enjoy! ✌

Family Celebration

Our stay could not have been better. There was plenty of room for 16 of us to have our own space and so much better than being separated in motel rooms! The property owner Mr. Lyons, was cordial, accommodating and very kind. He communicated with me during the booking process and to make sure our stay was going well and that we had everything we needed. The house was well stocked with cooking essentials, towels, bathing needs, etc. Also, everyone loved the idea of the airport being very close. I would like to suggest changing the putting green to maybe a horseshoe or bocce pit, or even corn hole game area. I would definitely book my stay again at this location.

Spacious house with many amenities

The house was great for our group of 16 guests! Endless towels and plenty of kitchen utensils. Located close to a Sam’s Club and Walmart, about 15-20 mins to the strip. Had a few minor issues but the host was in constant contact and able to quickly address. Definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group!

Family reunion

Every year one of the siblings find a place for all of us to stay. It is the original brothers and sisters and spouses. No children just the original. Even that being said we needed at least room for 20 people. It is hard to find a place big enough That we can afford. This place was very fun. Had enough room for all of us. Was not far from the strip but far enough away not to get the traffic noise. The host were very attentive. Checked in with me several times to make sure everything was OK. The host assistant and housekeeper was also wonderful.

Fun the entire weekend!

It was great place to house 16 guys for the weekend because everyone was able to have their own space. With all the amenities provided, we spent a solid 2 days hanging out at the house instead of going to the Strip. The owner really thought about the guests. Using the pool/jacuzzi/basketball, they provided sunscreen and plenty of towels. Plenty of water to make sure we stay hydrated. Bluetooth speakers to for a fun environment. Having grocery stores and restaurants around the area was really convenient to have.

Roomy but not luxurious

Home is well located in a safe, residential neighborhood 4 miles from the strip (not 4 min as in the listing). House is large and has many things to keep people busy when not enjoying local activities. The decor and amenities are eclectic but fun. Unfortunately everything is worn and has seen better days. Luckily the owner is nearby and responsive. He took away several broken chairs and tightened up ones he could repair. Though the home with the "casita" can room up to 20 people, there are not enough utensils for everyone. Plan to wash dishes during meals if you are a large party. There are spices and enough cookware to make real meals. There are LOTS of towels. Since there was no place to hang them, we did several loads with the provided laundry supplies. The casita is not the level of accommodation that our party expected. The part of our family housed there agreed not to leave for a hotel after the owner offered a significant discount. He told us that the casita is not meant for sophisticated adults. Teens would likely enjoy the independence of "their own place" and might overlook the poor construction and decor. Overall the home is roomy and in a safe area not too far from the strip, near Target and Walmart. We would not stay again because we like places to stay that are at least as nice as our own homes but the home would be great for young adults looking for a "frat house" vacation.

Fabulous house for a large group in Vegas!

About 2 weeks before the trip, we received the address and all our communication between the host/owner were great and timely. We had a group of 19 stay at the house, all with different arrival times and I wasnt able to be the first one there, but they were able to meet the first arrivers to get them checked in to the house. All the rooms had lovely bed linens (I seriously want those sheets!) and what seemed like endless amounts of towels! I dont think anyone was ever lacking for anything on the trip, including bathrooms! I dont think I ever saw anyone waiting for a bathroom during the long weekend. The kitchen was well stocked with every kind of utensil and contraption needed. The yard and fun extras of the house really made it a place we wanted to hang out all weekend together! The sauna was amazing and now I want one in my house too! I stayed in the main suite and it was beyond incredible! The Celine decor was fun and the bathroom had enough mirrors for all 9 ladies to get ready for our dinner together while the guys played pool in the next room. The house was about 15m west of the strip but in a really convenient location for easy access to the strip. During the Formula1 weekend, rides to the strip in Uber XLs were $26 for 6 people and regular $18 for 4 people. The location was also super great for all the hiking thats only about 15 further west from the house. We had all the restaurants and stores around us in the upscale area that we could have ever needed!

Photos oversell

The photos of the property intimate a grander scale than reality. That being said, there was room for our group of 20, the kitchen is great, and overall everyone had a good time. Some detractions: - we were told by the booking manager that the property owner would contact us 3 days before check in to go over check in process, get the actual address, and go over other details. We did not hear from him until 24 hours before check in, and only after several phone calls and emails trying to get a hold of anyone. We were hosting a group of 20, and 2 days before the event I was wondering if i would have to book rooms elsewhere... very frustrating. - pool heater was not installed/ working. I'm sure during the summer this is a non-issue, but our stay was in mid- October, the weather was cooling, and the pool was cool enough that it went largely unused. - hot tub couldn't get over 100°F. Also went largely unused. - lighting was underwhelming inside and out. Many of the light fixtures inside had one or more burned out bulbs. Also, lighting outside needs improvement. Bring a flashlight if you need to get to the "bungalow" on a moonless night.

Great place to stay!

Myself along with 15 friends stayed here for a bachelor trip. The property was extremely clean and a great place for me and my friends. About a 20 minute Uber ride from the strip. Plenty of places to sleep and a really nice kitchen.

Ideal Spot for Large Groups

This property had everything you need to keep a large group entertained. We had a group of 18 people visiting from all over the country and it couldn’t have worked out better. The check-in process was seamless and the owner and property manager made themselves very available for any questions we had. We got unlucky with the weather during our stay as it ended up pouring rain. One of the lights started leaking water in the back house but the owner had someone out there ASAP to get it fixed which was awesome. The pool was great and there was plenty of area to hang out. The only advice I would give is to update the property photos because some of them seem dated or wrong and the house is even better than the photos suggest. If I am ever back in Vegas with a large group I know where I am going.

Firstly, a caution - the property is nowhere near the location it suggests on Expedia. After the cancelation period we were informed the address was 'an old business address that couldn't be changed', and that the house was 7 minutes from the strip. Half-correct - definitely not the address, and definitely not 7 minutes from the strip. Factor in min $30 rideshare each way, and 20 mins. The property itself was very good for a large group, especially with kids and elderly folks (with the exception of no longer being walkable to the strip, as advertised). The pool was fun, there were *lots* of rooms, and tons of things to do in the house. There is a good size kitched, a separate area out the back with additional rooms and a small outdoor area, basketball ring, volleyball court, all sorts of things. The owner (not property manager) was very communicable once we arrived and regularly checked in to ensure things are ok. On balance, a great place, just be aware this is a long way away from where it looks when you first go to book, and you don't get that information from the property manager until after the cancellation period.

Amazing Stay

Hosted a group of 10 good friends celebrating a bachelor party and we had such a fun time. Only ~10 minutes off the strip - great location. Owner of home was very friendly and checked in with me almost every day. Plenty of room to sleep and so many fun activities to keep your group busy. Seems like an unlimited amount of towels for your stay, so you never have to worry about running out. Would definitely stay here again

Good location. Accommodates huge groups.

This was not our original rental we booked. This was offered by the owner and property manager as a back up because there were issues with the original one we booked which was disappointing but I get it things happen. Just a heads up. The fist photo of the very nice looking pool with steps on the side leading to what looks like a hot tub with waterfall is very misleading and is not the pool at the property. The pool at the property is the photo of the pool that is after the putting grass photo. Also there is no volleyball court. It has been removed. Photos need to be updated. Other than that other photos are accurate. Location of the rental is 5/5. I would say it’s the perfect distance from the strip of you don’t want to be on the strip but also don’t want to drive too far to get on to the strip. About 10 min drive/Uber to strip. Easy to get an Uber. Very close to stores. Walmart and Sams club are just down the street. Chinatown is near and easy to get to. Very quiet residential area so if you’ve been on the strip all day or night it’s nice to come back to some peace and quiet to recharge for the next day. Accommodates huge groups. We had around 18 people and were very comfortable. Lots of rooms. I really appreciate all the towels they had available. We did not run out at all while we were here for four days. Game room is nice and a plus. We didn’t get a chance to use it but I’m sure if you are traveling with kids it’ll keep them busy and they will have fun. Lots of places to gather as a group. Owner was very responsive and answered calls and text in a timely manner. We had issues with the pool heating up and the grotto turning on during the day but the owner walked us through restarting that to get it up and running. Pool needed some attention and the owner said the pool cleaner would be out the next day but we never saw anyone come. Overall our group enjoyed our stay. I would rent it again. Lots of things to do and very spacious property.

Memorable stay

We were a group of 20 people meeting in Vegas for a reunion. The owner patiently responded to all my questions as I wanted this trip to be memorable. The house was perfect for us. It was set up very well. We had bedding for everyone and additional bedding if needed. We had plenty of towels for our use and pool towels as well. For a large group, there was enough seating across the house that made it easy to spend time together. The game room , pool , jacuzzi and outdoor grill was a huge plus as we spent a lot of time there. Overall, a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend this place for others and will likely return next year.
