One of our family’s favorite place to stay altruist seams the deposit rates have doubled. The area seemed safe and is a short distance to the strip. Love the amenities and staff are always friendly and hospitable. Room rates are a bargain for what you get. My only complaint is the rooms could use a few upgrades such as toilets, bathroom cabinets and the jet tub. Mines wasn’t working at all. But the service, room size, room rate and other amenities makes up for the loss. My family had stayed here at least 4 times and we’ll be back again soon. It’s our Vegas home away from home.

Overall stay was 7/10 hotel wasn't too bad. I wouldn't mind staying again. Cons they charge you a $200 holding fee at check in for any damage done during your stay. It takes 5/7 business days to receive your money back. There is no breakfast but they do provide a toaster, coffee pot, microwave and mini refrigerator in the room. Its a Dennys and McDonald's near by if your a breakfast person Overall stay was okay for the price.

Hey, non-Guest was sitting outside of the restroom in the lobby and asked me to rub his back while I was with my husband. I went to the restroom and came out and he was standing by the door and followed me. Staff did nothing about this.

This property is what it is a nice place to just come home and sleep after seeing Vegas all day. Good clean pool really nice staff lots of parking. Right off of Tropicana so maybe 5 min to the strip max. The downside of this property is it is an old timeshare and feels inside the rooms really used. They try and keep it nice and clean but when stuff is old only so much you can do. Also the noise here is nuts. We were in an A room that is like another bedroom off the main suites and we could hear every single sound of the people next door even the folding up of their Taco Bell wrappers.

My wife & I stayed here at this hotel for our wedding weekend & we had such a great time at the hotel the staff was super friendly & welcoming the location was also really nice not too far from really a lot of locations I can definitely see myself staying here again

Asked to get the sheets changed and garbage picked up, I was told to put garbage outside the door and sheets were also OUTSIDE on the floor in a bag. I’ve never stayed at a property with this kind of customer service

I stayed at this hotel more than 10 years ago, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was still great. The rooms were clean, the area felt safe and there were plenty of stores, food and gas stations in the area. The Strip is only about 5-10 minutes away, which was very convenient. I think having an apartment-like room is always the way to go because the full kitchen comes in handy when trying to save money on eating out, and you're able to heat up leftovers that you bring back to the room. Just keep in mind that there are 2 different locations for the property; we checked in at the main office, then had to go 1 street down to the other location to get to our room. I would stay here again anytime the price is resonable.

Personal unfreundlich, Checkin erst um 4 Uhr, keine Möglichkeit früher in das Zimmer zu kommen, kein täglicher Reinigungsservice. Wir haben einen Tag verlängert, es wurde uns eine Rechnung für die Verlängerung ausgestellt, die beim Checkout durch die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption zerrissenen wurde und durch eine neue, deutlich höhere Rechnung ersetzt, mit den Worten, die Mitarbeiterin gestern "was wrong"Müll im Trepoenhaus lag einen ganzen Tag. Nachts, trotz geschlossener Fenster sehr laut, weil direkt an der Straße. Nichts in der näheren Umgebung.

Nice resort type place from the outside. Staff pleasant and helpful. In room phone and light not working, could not connect to WiFi. Staff fixed light and phone but unable to fix WiFi. Also got charged “resort fee” but didn’t use those amenities. Would not go back.

Property was nice but felt like they kept taking my money after I already paid for the room. $21 resort fee which I thought was for the spa, which was only just a hot tub. Staff was somewhat helpful when they were there but were at the desk half the time I needed them there. It’s a cheap hotel in Vegas but they get you by keep charging you after you already paid.

It is cheap for a reason. They have clean, but very old rooms. There is a fridge and a few kitchen basics, but we never found an ice machine. It took a while to check in, but other than housekeeping knocking a half hour before check out and then standing outside our room until we left, we never saw another staff member. We paid the resort fee, but were never told about a single amenity, so I have no idea what the "resort fee" is for. It is not in a very convenient area to the strip, its about 10-15 minutes away and there are no close by food places, its more industrial. There was a flyer for a pizza place in our room that ended up being almost 20 minutes away, and not good pizza anyway. My biggest issue was the walls are SUPER thin. The resort was less than half full, but we could hear every word from the next unit. You either had to whisper or turn up the TV to have any privacy. We stay in a lot of hotels, and this was the worst as far as soundproofing. The place you check in is nicer than the rooms, but the room wasn't even nearby, it was at a property down the road.
