Nestled in a peaceful corner of the residence, it ensures absolute privacy. Plus, it offers easy access to the residential pool for a refreshing swim at any time. All of this is set in the heart of a lush, well-maintained tropical garden.

Enjoy an exceptional stay in this independent villa, located in a quiet residence with access to a shared private pool. Designed to offer maximum comfort and convenience, the villa features a large fully covered terrace with a cozy outdoor lounge and dining area, perfect for relaxation.

On the ground floor, you will find a modern and well-equipped kitchen, open to the entire living space, along with a TV room. There is also a first bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200), its private bathroom, and a guest toilet.

On the upper floor, the master bedroom offers a King-size bed (200x200) and its own private bathroom, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. For added convenience, a baby crib is also available.

The villa is equipped with everything you need to feel at home: toaster, oven, refrigerator, microwave, among other appliances. The decor has been carefully selected to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

Additional information

Included in the rental fee: Wi-Fi internet, cleaning upon check-in and check-out. Washing machine available for your personal laundry and household linen (towels, kitchen cloths, etc.). Gardener and pool maintenance included.

For stays of less than 8 nights, no mid-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one cleaning per week is offered during your stay, with a sheet change, but no towel change.

Additional conditions,

- Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon your arrival and departure. Only the kilowatt consumption will be charged, based on the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kWh), and payment is collected in cash upon check-out.

- Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the villa is well maintained, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the property, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out. Our goal is to keep the villa in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.

It is prohibited to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.

For those who prefer to stay in, our cook offers a home service, delivering pre-prepared meals according to your selected menu. Simply heat them up and enjoy at your convenience—just relax and embrace the leisurely rhythm of your holiday.

If you enjoy cooking, Las Terrenas has a variety of small local grocery stores and two supermarkets:

Lindo, a French supermarket, offers home delivery once you've completed your shopping.
La Sirena Pola, a Dominican supermarket, provides the same service.
You can also find fresh fish for sale daily at the entrance of POPY Beach.

In case of heavy and persistent rain, the access path to the residence may have puddles between 10 and 20 cm deep. We recommend bringing boots just in case. While such situations are rare, it’s always better to be prepared.
