The hotel did not have me in their system despite my reservation being confirmed by/through Expedia weeks before. When I was about to arrive, and told they had no room for me, I had to scramble and book another stay hours away in a town I didn't want to/intend to stay in. I have YET to receive a refund from the hotel and/or Expedia for this oversight.
They did accommodate me the next night, but not in the original room type I requested.
