The house was immaculately clean. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this home exceeded my expectations.House is even better than the photos. Beautiful view from the backyard patio.Octavio was very responsive and a great host.We were there to celebrate a big family event as well as vacation. Unlike most rental homes, this home was equipped with all utensils and appliances that I need to cook and bake food for our family event.We look forward to stayin in one of his properties when we return. :)

Octavio was an excellent host, he checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. This home is the cleanest that I've ever stayed in. It was stocked with kitchen dishes and cookware, spices, all of the basics. The beds were very comfortable. There was a TV in each bedroom. All in all, I look forward to staying again in any of Octavio's properties.

This home is clean and well maintained.The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any messages. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I will be inclined to stay at one of the host's properties on my next visit to Las Cruces.

Golf trip

House was excellent, area was interesting especially Old Mesilla. Restaurants there are excellent. Octavio’s recommendations are spot on! If visiting the missile range make sure you have proper ID.

Amazing Stay - Highly Recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful rental house, and it exceeded all my expectations! The home was spotless upon arrival, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the cozy living room made it a perfect place to unwind. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions, yet still quiet and peaceful – exactly what I was looking for. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay from start to finish. Overall, this house felt like a true home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained rental with a great host. Five stars all around!

Casual Comfort

Loved this place!! We couldn’t ask for more. The hostess thought of everything from the lovely and comfortable decor to anticipation of our every need. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Although rated well, we would not recommend La Posta Mexican restaurant, although the Mesilla area was interesting . The Cattle Baron was good, as well as the Corner Bakery Cafe. A Belgium Bite has a good breakfast or lunch.

Beautiful property! Loved this place!

This is a wonderful place to stay! I highly recommend it and will stay again if I go to Las Cruces again! The house is extremely clean, the towels are luxurious, the bed comfortable and they even include streaming services! The host communicates well and responds quickly!

Great place to stay

We stayed in Las Cruces for the month of March 2024. The house was immaculate and Octavio, the host, made us feel welcome with comprehensive check-in and check-out instructions as well as information about things to do and see in the Las Cruces area. Octavio checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was OK and was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our weekend at the Rincon 2…. The house is so beautiful very modern decor throughout the entire house… the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything available to cook meals… and grill on patio… we will definitely reserve this home in the future!

BOOK NOW! STOP LOOKING! If this is available book it

We have stayed in VRBOs all over the country. Our family (5 total, me, my wife and three kids who are now adults) have switched to VRBOs over hotels because we want to feel at home. During all of these stays, I can say without exception this property absolutely stands apart from all others for many reasons, and I will cover them, but one that absolutely stood out. The short answer is the owner, Octavio, is absolutely a delight to work with. From booking to answering questions and ensuring we were delighted with our stay, he is the very best. I cannot say enough about him. The level of professionalism balanced with care and empathy was unexpected and unparalleled at even the swankiest hotels let alone VRBOs. I cannot think of anything I would change or suggest as an improvement because the experience absolutely outpaced our expectations and we all immediately felt at “home.” About the property- again, Octavio has thought of everything. I am not exaggerating. From a great selection of cook wear, to the smallest details like really nice towels, complimentary snacks, TVs in just about every room, immaculately kept property, new appliances, I cannot think of one thing that was not there. Everything was thoughtfully presented and prepared. I wish all of our VRBO experiences were nearly as good. When I return I will find this property and will suggest it to friends and family. Stop looking around for other options. This place is the best, with the best owner/manager.

Beautiful home! Very clean and the property manager was very attentive. Easy access to book with ease. Complementary coffee for the morning and have plenty of recommendations! Definitely will book again and made Las Cruces feel like home !

Las Cruces Casita 2023

We felt welcomed to the Southwest the moment we walked in the door! This pretty casita was very comfortable and truly enjoyable. The house was spotless, with more than adequate space for two people and plenty of room for guests. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. There is shopping nearby and the connections to the rest of Las Cruces are easy and accessible. Octavio, our host, was always available and so helpful whenever we had a question. He also offered helpful suggestions and key local knowledge regarding restaurants, sites and day trips. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful part of the country and stay here again!

New Year’s 2023

Octavia was extremely responsive although we only needed his technological skills to get the playoff games on for my husband! He actually came right over and got us set up! The rental was very well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, safe and kept up. This rental is in our top two and we stay in Cruces at least three times per year. Thank you Octavia

Very nice vrbo!

The house is very comfortable and was very clean. Unfortunately, my cloth ice pack was a tad bit moist when I put it back on a freezer shelf, and (like a frozen popsicle sticking to your tongue) when I went to remove the ice pack from the freezer at check-out, the ice pack was stuck to the shelf causing the shelf to slide straight out of the freezer and shattered on the floor. The shelves don't have anything preventing them from sliding out...so beware! Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and much recommended.
