"The house is beautiful as is the pool. Pool is cold as it is further away from the water and the nights are cooler. Hearing the howling monkeys early in the morning was amazing. They didn’t wake us. We are just early birds. The construction next door would’ve been nice to know about. Definitely felt a lack of privacy due to that and due to the cameras ALL over the backyard (4 seen). A bit excessive for my liking and felt a bit intrusive to be honest. Safety is one thing…I get that. It was hard...

"I’ve stayed at this place 2 years ago and we thought is was fine it had all u need . This year the place looked abandoned. Cobwebs everywhere no toilet paper the pool was so dirty we didn’t even use it . "

"Host was very responsive, house was everything we needed. Good location, easy 5 minute drive to Playa Avellanas , 15 minute drive to Playa Negra and 30-40 minute drive to Tamarindo. We had a great stay. Enjoyed the Costa Rican wildlife right from the property. We were able to see both howler monkeys and macaws. Magnificent French coffee and bakery across the street. "
