"My wife and I generally enjoy NH hotels, but not this stay. We came in after a long drive, and rested in our room on the third floor for an hour and woke up to ants in the bed! Looking around ants were everywhere, on the walls, floor and table. I went to complain and was met with the response that they would send someone to clean the room immediately! Only after I insisted I would not stay in that room - It was clearly an infestation, and not a cleaning problem - they offered us another...
