Enjoy the two magnificent coastal paths for running or explore the harbor by paddle or kite from the house. Nearby, you will find the Kerguelen nautical base, the Kernevel and Lorient marinas, as well as the Ploemeur Golf Course. Lovers of good food will be delighted by the multitude of restaurants nearby, offering seafood and local specialties.

Villa Albane can accommodate up to 12 people in a space of 180 m².

Benefiting from an ideal East/West exposure, the villa will allow you to enjoy your breakfast on a sunny terrace. Its crossing layout guarantees abundant natural light throughout your stay.

You will also appreciate its private garden, with terrace and outdoor furniture, a true haven of peace without vis-à-vis and in a calm environment.

Every detail has been carefully thought out to make your stay a truly exceptional experience.

On the ground floor:
- Master suite with double bed 160, dressing room, access to the outside and its open shower room
- Bedroom with sofa bed for 2 people 160, TV, access to the outside
- Shower room with shower, single washbasin unit, towel dryer and WC
- Bedroom with 1 bed 90 and 2 beds 80 that can be joined together in 160 and wardrobe

On the 1st floor:
- Living room and lounge with dining table for 10 people, coffee table, armchairs, sofa and flat screen TV.
- Fitted and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.)
- Laundry room with washing machine.
- Separate WC
- Suspended terrace with 10-person dining table, garden furniture and garden access via external staircase

On the 2nd floor:
- Master suite with 160 double bed, dressing room, its private open bathroom with single sink unit, large shower and its small sea view.
- Bedroom with 1 90 bed and 2 80 beds that can be joined into 160 and its private open bathroom.

Outside:
- Garden and terrace (deckchairs available).
- Suspended terrace.
- Large free public car park near the house.

Pets not allowed. Parties prohibited.

If you do not wish to take out this option, you can choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to enquire about the exact sizes of bedding after your reservation in order to best prepare for your trip.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin liners and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Price per stay: €35 incl. VAT for 2 people, €45 incl. VAT for 3 people, €55 incl. VAT for 4 people + €10 incl. VAT per additional person.

The linen option includes : Complete bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels, kitchen towels).
