Ganske fint hotel. Værelserne var i en pæn stand, bedre end det indtryk vi fik i lobbyen, da det virkede ret slidt. Maden var i den gode ende i forhold til all inklusiv

Vi var ikke så tilfredse desværre.
Vi var ikke super imponeret. Vi havde tre overnatninger, og efter første overnatning, hvor der var sindssygt meget larm fra baren, bad vi om, om man kunne flytte os, inden de andre checkene ud og de nye checkene ind, det kunne de ikke, da vi ikke var kommet tidligt nok om morgenen. Vi var der 10.15. Maden er meget fed, meget britisk med alting friture og sådan. Ikke særlig hyggelig restaurant. Personalet virkede generelt sure, på nær dem i receptionen, de var flinke og smilende.

Fint hotel til fin pris
Til prisen er det et godt hotel. Vi tog en overnatning på vej ud og hjem til Lanzarote.

A disappointing stay, the room was unclean upon arrival, with children's toys left on the balcony and a cockroach heading under the fridge. When we raised our concerns, the staff were defensive and unhelpful, only suggesting fumigation which wasn't ideal as we didn't fancy inhaling the chemicals. The hotel refused any refund, even for the night we decided to leave early. They also misrepresented our checkout status to Expedia. Also, ground floor room has no net curtains so if you need privacy you only have the option of a heavy curtain. Disappointing as the good reviews are what made us decide on our stay there!

Hello,we are very sorry that you where disappointed about your stay in Floresta. We would like to mention that the toys you saw where not on your terrace but in the garden area because some other guests had left them there. Apart from that we offered you a change of apartment immediately after you reported having seen one cockroach and you did not want to change. Leaving early was a decision of yours since you mentioned that you had a change of flight. Since you left after 12 o'clock we had to charge you the last night anyway because of the cancellation policy. We always try to give our guests the best holiday experience and are sorry about any inconvenience. Kind regards

Vacanza appena iniziata e già si prospetta bene. Reception gentilissimi, hall pulita e accogliente. Stanze pulite e ben arredate. Pranzo ottimo. Diversi sapori e possibilità in base alle preferenze. Al termine della vacanza posso solo dire che è stato tutto stupendo. Gentilezza e accoglienza impareggiabili, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Consigliatissimo

Breakfast time very noisy around busy times , otherwise good facilities , apart from no courtesy room on check out if late flights . Plenty of sunloungers , everything clean and staff friendly. Limited restaurants in vicinity if not all inclusive and staying more than a few nights.

We weronly there for an overnight stay but they upgraded us to a 2-bed apartment. Check-in was efficient, the rooms spaceous and clean. The crockery etc. was basic, but sufficient. Breakfast was one of the best we have enjoyed on the island! We'll come here again, that's for sure.

This is fine for an overnight stay. Everything was ‘OK’ and adequate but nothing was great. It felt like a college campus. Basic accommodation, which smelled stale, conveyor belt style in and out dining room. We were happy to stay one night but happy to move on too.

Mass tourism in Lanzarote
The website did not warn of the massive scale of the place and we had the impression that it easore accessible from the airport. Distance given must have been the way the crow flies.

Peaceful areas, large restaurant, good pools, nice gardens, my accomodation was in a quiet position, had everything I needed, daily cleaning, outside seating. Handy for the beach and walks.

The hotel was very well maintained, the rooms were spacious and very clean with cleaning service every day. The gardens are immaculate. Breakfast was a good selection with lots of options. Lunch options at the snack bar were very reasonable with toasties and chips for €2,drinks were a good price too. All the staff are very helpful. The location is fabulous right by the beach, bus stop and a big super market and lots of bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful weekend of winter sun in Lanazarote.

Une superbe adresse pour de très bons souvenirs
Nous avions pris un séjour de 12 j. en demi-pension : petits déjeuners royaux, repas du soir plus traditionnel mais service impeccable & générosité tout azimut. Bravo aussi à l'hébergement original, calme & ensoleillé & aux piscines chauffées, superbes même par grand vent (ou sous la pluie ... oui cela arrive !). Nous reviendrons surement !

Sehr schönes Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Sehr schöne Wohnung. Anlage hat 3 Pool auf zwei unterschiedlichen Bereichen. Alles ist wirklich sehr schön. Bis auf der Essensraum. Speisen sind sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Aber der Raum ist die Katastrophe. Sehr Laut und überhaupt null Gastlichkeit.

The room was nice and comfortable, beds very nice. The only problem was half the lights didn’t work but we reported it to the receptionist, it wasn’t a massive problem as we stayed 1 night only. The food was good value for what we paid but the only problem was the breakfast was cold and eggs overcooked, there’s a chef making eggs all morning so we got a hot one in the end. Would I stay here again, probably not but it was great value compared with other hotels and I was using the rewards night.

Stopped off here after a late arrival to the island. Check-in was seemly and were treated by incredibly helpful staff. Breakfast buffet offered a great variety to fill us up to get going for the day. Didn’t get round to using the pools during our 1 night stay but looked beautifully clear with ample sun beds surrounding them. Would definitely recommended staying here if you have children, apartments are very spacious and offer generous living space. Will be strongly considering come back here for a long stay next year.

We had a lovely stay at these apartments apartments, but if you want a sun lounger at the pool areas you need to be up early before breakfast as we found there all taken with guests towels so we found out not to bother and go to the beach everyday.

Ideal location for all resort amenities
We only stayed 1 night at the end of our family holiday. The 2 bed apartment was clean, spacious and served us perfectly it was in a quiet gated location next to a pool and all outside areas were clean and well tended too. Great buffet breakfast also.

Un bon rapport qualité/prix annoncé : 1/2 pension, chambre climatisée avec coin salon et cuisine, accès piscine. Dans les faits, l'expérience est moins sereine : salle de restauration extrêmement bruyante, accès aux chaises longues mises à disposition autour de la piscine compliqué (des serviettes posées dessus en permanence toutes la journée) et à titre individuel, deux nuits passées avec des voisins qui avaient décidé de faire la fête toute la nuit jusqu'à 4 heure du matin !!

Nice hotel - shame about the half-board drinks
Hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach and local restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is heated, which is appreciable during the cold months, but unfortunately not in the morning, so we couldn't take a last swim before check-out. The evening animations are quite noisy, and the rooms not very well insulated, but they stop around 11pm so we weren't too bothered. The buffet was average, with little Canary specialties and very few vegetables apart from the appetizers. Also, if you opt for half-board instead of all inclusive, then you'll have to pay for your drinks, including water. There is no option for half-board + drinks, and they charge water at 1.80 euro for 1/2 liter (you can buy an 8 liter bottle for 1.5 euro at the shop next door)! Avoid the fruit juices at breakfast, there is nothing natural in them.
