Booked this property as Expedia has it listed with Aircon and A double bed (not twins). Arrived Saturday 10pm which what on my check in form and informed that they were moving us to a different hotel. Arrived at the new hotel and the room was dated, very hot, twin beds and no aircon.
Sunday morning, I asked for a refund so we could find alternative accommodation ourselves and they refused. They said they would offer compensation but not until the Monday (we were leaving Tuesday). We ended up staying in the hotel they put us in as we didn't want to be out of pocket and options were limited because it was last minute. We had 3 nights of little sleep.
Followed up to request a refund and they offered us 15% back. Truly shocking behaviour from this hotel, they ruined our holiday and think giving us 15% back in acceptable compensation.
