I am pleased to welcome you in my charming house of 110 square meters with a large GARDEN, located in a quiet residential area near the Port of Cassy (700 m), and ready to receive up to 6 people. It is ideally located at 450 m from the Suzette Beach and the Cassy Beach.

The house is very pleasant, comfortable, well arranged, nicely decorated and will be perfect for a tourist or professional stay, with a capacity of up to 6 persons.
It is composed of 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1sofa bed, a nice living room, a modern open kitchen, a shower room and a bathroom.
It has: Parking in the courtyard, Wifi, Hair dryer, Television with cable subscription, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Air conditioning, Barbecue, Microwave, Oven, Iron, Kettle, Brazier, Board games, baby cot, high chair, books and toys for children.
Bicycles of different sizes are available, as well as sunbeds and games for children.
A playground is located in the large GARDEN of the residence to entertain the children. A TERRACE with a summer kitchen will be at your disposal, you will be able to enjoy the outdoor furniture to have lunch outside and have a barbecue session with your family or friends.

The house is ideally located near the Lanton swimming pool (5 min by car), the Sentier du Littoral (7 min by car) and the Plage Suzette (6 min by foot). A pine forest and footpaths are 5 min away for nature lovers.
At 40 km from Cap Ferret and 40 km from Arcachon, you will find the Port of Cassy at 9 min walk and the Beach of Taussat at 5 min drive and Andernos les Bains at 15 min.

The area is quiet and you will find many shops such as an Intermarché at 3 min by car and fish shops nearby.

A professional cleaning is done before and after each guest.

## Emplacement
Lanton is a commune located on the Arcachon Basin. Between coastline and pine forest, you will discover landscapes with varied colors in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Landes de Gascogne to visit on foot, by bike or on the water. The commune is composed of the villages of Blagon, Cassy, Lanton and Taussat-les-Bains separated by streams which each have their own history and heritage. You can discover the lake of Blagon, the Suzette beach in Cassy, the Church of Notre-Dame de Lanton and the Old Port of Taussat, as well as walk along the coastal path. It is a commune rich in history with many monuments and places to visit.
