The chalet is 64 square meters, has a garden, a furnished terrace and a shared swimming pool. It can accommodate 4 people and is perfect for a family vacation.
It has two bedrooms with two double beds; a bathroom; a fully equipped kitchen; a dining room and a living room to relax in after a day of walking.

The following facilities will be at your disposal: Parking, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Dryer, Heating, Refrigerator, Wi-Fi, Air conditioning. For your comfort, a professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.

You will stay in the heart of the city center and only 450 m from "Camping Capfun Roumingue"!
All amenities are nearby: various bars, restaurants, shops... For your daily shopping, a "Intermarché SUPER" is only 4 minutes away on foot.

The location of the chalet is also a great asset to discover the various most famous tourist attractions such as :
the Lanton swimming pool at 7 min, the Suzette Beach at 17 min, the Cassy Beach at 4 min by car, the Cassy Port at 3 min, and many others...

It should be noted that the swimming pool is located in the campsite next door. To access it, you must use the wristbands. This also allows access to the mini-golf and other attractions. The pool is open from April to the end of October (end of the All Saints' Day vacations). The accommodation is ideal for a family with two children. The laundry room is on the terrace next to the kitchen in a closed room. An outside shed will also be available to store your boards and/or bikes.

## Emplacement
Lanton is composed of 4 towns: Lanton, Cassy, Taussat-les-Bains and Blagon.

The coastal path, to be walked, constitutes its maritime facade and is punctuated by three ports: the port of Fontainevieille in Taussat, the Old Port of Taussat and the port of Cassy.

The commune also has pretty beaches like the Suzette beach in Cassy where it is pleasant to relax at high tide. At low tide, it is possible to refresh oneself at the swimming pool and to take advantage of the many Cap 33 sports activities that take place during the summer season.

The Vélodyssée crosses the city. This cycle track allows you to move around by bike in complete safety and to join the neighboring communes: Audenge and Andernos.
