Studio Cocooning au Centre Bourg de Lannilis

This pretty studio on the first floor is fully equipped, comfortable and 2 steps from amenities since it is located in the village of Lannilis in a quiet building of 4 apartments. 10 minutes from our pretty sandy beaches and 5 minutes from the GR34, 25 minutes from Brest and 15 minutes from the airport, it is convenient for both work and a romantic weekend to come and discover the Pays des Abers and more broadly Brest and the magnificent North Finistère. We have put all our heart into it to make you feel at home.

You enter the living room with fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, hood, oven, large fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, a round dining table as well as 2 chairs, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a raclette machine and all the utensils for cooking. In the kitchen I will provide you with the base for your arrival (tea, infusion, coffee pods which will be refilled before your departure, salt, pepper, sugar, oil, dish towels, hand soap, washing-up liquid), a 140X200 comfort sofa bed with memory foam mattress for a restful sleep, duvet, duvet cover, pillows and plaids, a coffee table, bedside tables and lamps, a dresser, a wardrobe cupboard, a connected TV with free wifi, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
Then there is the bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, illuminated mirror, magnifying mirror, hairdryer and towel dryer as well as the towels and gloves toiletry kit which is optional and bath mat provided. All the windows of the apartment are tilt-and-turn and are equipped with electric shutters. You will have noticed that cleaning costs are included in the price of the rental. These include maintenance and disinfection but not complete cleaning. This implies that you will be asked to clean your daily property as well as manage your waste. (sorting bins at the foot of the building). If you do not wish to maintain the studio during your stay, you can ask me and an additional service of 30 euros/hour will be charged.
Depending on your arrival time I will welcome you, otherwise a key box will be at your disposal. I will give you the code on your arrival.
Regarding the restaurants in the area, you have a wide choice according to your tastes, I will give you all the good addresses in the area. In terms of amenities, you have everything nearby within 1 minute walk (butcher, baker, butcher, chocolatier, wine cellars, pharmacy, organic store, a beautiful ready-to-wear shop, gym, doctors, supermarkets... There is also the amusement park "la récré des 3 curés" 13 minutes away by car in the neighboring town and if you want to know more about the studio and its equipment, do not hesitate to contact me.

You can park on the church square (except on Tuesday evenings because Wednesday is market day) or in the parking lot of the Sacré-Coeur school.
