Cocoonr offers you this charming 80 m² house in Langrolay-sur-Rance, less than a kilometre from the River Rance, to rent for up to 3 people. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of around 1,000 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 1,000 m² enclosed garden with plenty of trees and sunshine
- A 4 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Langrolay-sur-Rance, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- Hiking on the GR 34 along the banks of the Rance, just 300 metres away
- Several beaches nearby
