Hello and good morning Ms/Mrs Urruticoechea Greetings from us at Riverra Inn Langkawi, We are very sorry to read your comments about our hotel and staffs during your stay with us recently. Regretfully and our apologies that none of our staff are able to speak Spanish as you and your friends are aware that neither any of you can speak English except only a very few words, Most of the time during the stay, you and your friends communicate with the staff by using sign language and few English words. They have tried their very best to understand and try to help whatsoever you and your friends requested i.e with booking grabs and location to Pharmacy etc etc... We have never received any complaints from you and your friends during your 4 days stay with us. We are really sorry that you found the room not to your liking. Our apologies. We also would like to enlighten you regards to the missing money in your room as you,ve claimed. On the late night of 19th June, the day before your check out date (20/06) you and your friends came to the receptionist around 10.45PM informing her that your money have been stolen from the room. By the time she understand what your friend are telling her it is already 11.00PM and She had tried her very best to handle the situation and tried to call the housekeeping staff as requested by all of you.Please bear in mind at that time most of them are already asleep since they have to be back to work early the next day.Your friend are already at the hotels earlier that day around 5PM which at that time until 6.15PM all the Housekeeping staff is still in the hotels. If she can notify us earlier before 9 pm we are very sure that we are able to call them back as requested. The manager tried to reach you early the next morning but all of you have already check out around 6.30 am. We also would like to inform you that all our staff has been working with us more than 3 years and during this time we have never ever had any complaints from any of our guests that their money or belongings has been stolen from the rooms. During your stay with us if you recalled there is one incident when one of your friend had left and forgot about her handbag at the lobby area and our staff found it and she returned it back to your friend. We are really sad of the accusation "stealing" you and your friends have made towards our staff. Wishing you a nice and happy day Thank you Regards The management, Riverra Inn Langkawi.

Plenty car parks and the room is quite clean... Breakfast need to be improve and the plug inside the room is not working and not enough for charging more than 1 device as one of the 2 plugs is broken... Room don’t have extra lock except the door hander...feel not so comfortable with only one basic lock. Swimming pool is small and not so clean... Overall is good and worth for the price...

Hotel ok but need a mini fridge in room and swimming pool very dirty. Surrounding of swimming pool need to be improved with more clealiness as very dirty and not maintained. Have sport light on at night at swimming pool so that visitors can hang round to eat or chit chat at the side of swimming pool. Swimming pool side is very dissapointing not maintained.

Terrible experience
When my whole family reach hotel , i get wrong room type. i booked 2 standard 2 single beds room , one of the room with extra bed , but 2 room also double bed no any extra bed and the room smell vry bed ! After complain and staff change room for us , but for my corner room with extra bed, the room is not clean and the TV not function at all!! Ask for technician repair for 3 days also no respond, staff only answer will get someone to fix later. AND the room not only physically dirty but also got me haunting experience. Another room is fine. Welcome to stay if you like to have a special memory.

The location is excellent, very near town. But the cleanliness is terrible, the floor is so oily, the wall is dirty, and there's some stains on the pillow case. Amd the towel provided is also looks dirty. Lighting in room isn't enough. The shower is not baby friendly. No room service after instruction but done room service even already told not to do it. Won't book the same hotel next time

Grande déception Déception en un mot
Chambre 175 sans papier de toilette, ni bouilloire comme sur des photos publiées et surtout sans balcon comme faussement décrit sur les sites de réservation. Petit déjeuner inclus moins que moyen sans oeufs. Tout était froid et le jus était comme de l'eau colorée. Loin de la cohue du centre-ville donc coin tranquille. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est offert. 3 canaux de TV allo câble ! Wifi très lent dans la chambre

Convenient hotel with good service
I book a family room for 2 nights. Room is clean but short of some amenities, make sure you be prepared. My family having problem to sleep on the 1st night due to noise from aircond unit. Feedback to the front desk on the next morning, problem solved when we return to hotel in late evening. Due to a tight schedule, I don't get the chance to use the swimming pool. Hotel is near to Kuah town, a good place to shop and look for food. However is a bit far from main rood, it would be good if you rent a car. For a visitor on tight budget, Riverra Inn worth at the price.

Zu empfehlen!
Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist relativ neu, weshalb die Zimmer in einem hervorragenden Zustand sind. Wenn es was zu bemängeln gäbe, wäre das zum Einen die Auswahl beim Frühstück (Toast, Rührei, Marmelade und lokale Speisen wie Reis,Bohnen und Nudeln), wobei für uns meist extra nochmal frisches Rührei gemacht wurde und zum Anderen die Poolanlage, die zwar neu aber nicht besonders schön war (überfüllt Mülleimer, verdreckte Sanitäranlagen). Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr nah zum Zentrum und den stattfindenden Nightmarkets.

普通です。
期待した割に普通でした。プールを楽しみにしていたのですが、狭く、水は濁っていてしかも現地のお客さんは服を着たままでプールに入るので日本人には無理ですね。 部屋はコネクティングルームのようで、隣の家族の声が普通に聞こえて煩かったです。 簡素でしたが朝食付きなのは良かったです。
