Modern holiday home Kleine Remise with 2 bedrooms, terrace, and garden in a tiny house style. Small but charming – this former coach house has been transformed into a modern, 45 sqm non-smoking holiday home over two floors, ideal for up to 3 guests.



On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, and other amenities. The bright bathroom features a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The living room offers a sofa bed, ethanol fireplace, TV with sound system, and a radio.



The upper floor is accessed via a narrow space-saving staircase (note: not suitable for young children or guests with limited mobility). There are two bedrooms separated by a sliding door. The room with a French double bed includes a TV, while the second bedroom has a single bed and a reading corner. From the living room, you can access the 15 sqm covered terrace with sun sails and your own fenced garden.



Goslar, the beautiful imperial city with sights like the historic Imperial Palace and Rammelsberg Mining Museum, is about 4 km away. The nearby Granetalsperre (approx. 1 km) is perfect for walks and hikes.



A bakery and two restaurants (Italian and Greek cuisine) are in the village.



An EV charging station for cars is available for an additional fee (please inform us before arrival); e-bike charging is free. There is covered storage for bicycles and motorcycles in front of the house.



Please note: The narrow staircase and sloped ceilings make the unit especially suitable for guests aged 10 and up and those without mobility restrictions.
